*We are unable to test for coronavirus through a virtual visit, however, our premier team of providers will determine if further testing is needed and advise you on where you should go. Determination for COVID-19 laboratory testing will be based on Center for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines.

Elite Care Telehealth allows you to see our providers through a virtual visit for non-emergency or urgent care needs 7 am – 7 pm, Monday through Friday. Our providers will assess your condition, offer a diagnosis and treatment plan, and prescribe medication, if necessary, all from the comfort of your home. Elite Care remains committed to providing truly elite care, wherever you are.

Can a provider give a coronavirus diagnosis through a virtual visit?
Our providers cannot diagnose coronavirus (COVID-19) through a virtual visit. However, they can evaluate your symptoms and help guide you with next steps. If appropriate, they may recommend that you seek out a test for a formal diagnosis and instruct you how to do so.
Why should I use a virtual visit if I think I have coronavirus?
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommends that people who have symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19) should avoid contact with others. A virtual visit allows you to get medical advice from a qualified health care provider without exposing yourself or others to illness.
What conditions can be treated during a virtual visit?
During your virtual visit, our providers can treat most urgent medical conditions. If you’re experiencing one of the following symptoms or conditions, our telehealth providers are here for you:
- Back/neck strain
- Cold sores
- Cold or flu
- Ear Problems
- Insect bites
- Minor skin infections
- Pink eye
- Sinus infections
- Sore throats
- Upper respiratory infections
- Urinary Problems/ UTI*
- And more
*Providers do not treat males or pediatric patients with urinary symptoms.
Virtual visits are not suitable for patients experiencing a life-threatening emergency, including but not limited to, chest pain, stomach pain, shortness of breath, altered mental status, or dizziness. f you are experiencing a life-threatening medical emergency, please visit your nearest emergency room or call 911.
What if I need testing?
If the telehealth provider determines your symptoms require a hands-on exam or testing, the telehealth provider will coordinate with the provider onsite to ensure a seamless transition.
How long does a virtual visit last?
Virtual visits are a convenient solution, allowing you to feel better, faster. Our visits typically last between 5 to 10 minutes.
What hours of availability do you offer?
Virtual visits are available at 7 am-7 pm, Monday through Friday via your desktop, tablet, or mobile phone.
How much does it cost?
The cost of an Elite Care virtual visit is $30.
If the provider determines your symptoms require a hands-on exam or testing, your virtual visit fee will be put towards any costs of your on-site visit with us.
Can I use insurance?
Right now we’re not able to accept insurance for your virtual visit.
What is the age limit for patients to use this service?
Providers can see patients of any age.
Do I need an appointment?
An appointment is not necessary to complete a virtual visit.
Can I use your telehealth provider in place of a Primary Care Physician?
A Primary Care Physician (PCP) manages your overall health over time and is an important part of your health care team. Virtual visits are intended to quickly address urgent needs. They are not meant to replace a Primary Care Physician for ongoing care.
Which web browser should I use?
My Video or Audio is not working.
Here are a few notes about common video and audio issues.
- Your web browser settings may need to be adjusted if the camera or microphone is not allowed access.
- If a pop-up box appears requesting to use your Microphone and Camera, be sure to click “Allow”
- Check that your microphone is not muted and that the input volume is turned up.
Can I get a prescription?
Depending on your condition your provider may recommend medications as part of your treatment plan. The provider will send your prescription to your pharmacy of choice.
Chronic pain cannot be treated with controlled drugs, such as narcotic pain medications, via virtual visits.
Can I use my prescription insurance if I get am provided a prescription through a virtual visit?
Yes, you can use your prescription insurance to pay for any prescriptions prescribed as part of this service. Please ensure you confirm that the pharmacy you provide accepts your insurance.
Where can I get my prescription filled?
We’ll ask you to pick a pharmacy in the state where you have your visit and our health care provider will send any prescriptions to that pharmacy if needed.
What happens if I do not get a prescription?
In some cases, prescription medication may not be recommended for treatment. Our health care provider will evaluate your symptoms and medical history to determine the best treatment plan for your condition.
